Terms and conditions
With the ongoing uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently accepting pre-registrations at this time without the need for the £165 deposit. Once we have received your pre-registration form, we will be in touch with bank transfer details and you can pay the deposit any time before June 1, 2023.
(Please note: because Basically Quartets accepts individual applications, confirmation of your place on the course isn't based on "first come, first served" but rather on our ability to place you in a group with compatible players. If we are unable to place you in a suitable group, your deposit/balance will be refunded in full).
The all inclusive 2024 course fee is £665. Payment of the balance of the fee remaining after the deposit (£500) is due June 30, 2024.
If the situation with Covid-19 necessitates cancelling or postponing the courses, your deposit/balance will be refunded in full. If you are unable to attend for reasons other than the pandemic, some of your fee
may be refundable at the course organiser's discretion.
