Terms and conditions
We are currently accepting registrations. A deposit of £170 is required to confirm your registration. Once we have received your registration form, we will be in touch with bank transfer details and you can pay the £170 deposit any time before May 1, 2025.
(Please note: because Basically Quartets accepts individual applications, confirmation of your place on the course isn't based on "first come, first served" but rather on our ability to place you in a group with compatible players. If we are unable to place you in a suitable group, your deposit/balance will be refunded in full).
The £540 balance of the fee is required by June 15, 2025.
If the situation with Covid-19 necessitates cancelling or postponing the courses, your deposit/balance will be refunded in full. If you are unable to attend for reasons other than illness, some of your fee
may be refundable at the course organiser's discretion.
